Ads & Marketing Report

We’ve expanded how people discover Favorites Bistro Bar through active advertising, a new Jazz Night Eventbrite listing, and a website draft that makes events easier to find and book. Advertising has generated 88,404 impressions and 2,933 all-ad clicks from $464.35 in spend. This report reviews those results, highlights what is working, and outlines our next steps to turn that attention into more reservations.

01 / Performance snapshot

Awareness is building. Girls Dinner is earning a strong response.

The advertising has introduced Favorites Bistro Bar to more people and given us a useful starting point for learning which offers draw interest. Girls Dinner stands out for efficient click response, while Jazz Night has delivered substantial exposure. We’ll use those lessons to refine the next round of advertising together.

What is working: Girls Dinner

46% of the spend generated 80% of all-ad clicks.

Girls Dinner used $215.44 and generated 2,342 clicks. At $0.09 per click and a 9.20% all-click rate, it is our strongest click-response campaign.

Clicks are an important step toward getting people to explore an offer. We’ll build on that response and measure how it translates into bookings.

What we’ll reshape: Jazz Night

54% of the spend generated 62,944 impressions and 20% of all-ad clicks.

Jazz Night used $248.91 and generated 591 clicks, at $0.42 per click and a 0.94% all-click rate.

Its awareness role is valid. The current format has not shown the same traffic efficiency as Girls Dinner, so we’ll test a clearer event offer and a more direct booking path.

Our next priority: more reservations

Reservations remain low, based on your team’s update. We’re on your side in addressing that. Our next phase will connect the attention already earned to clearer event links, refreshed ads, and a booking path we can evaluate.

These figures count all ad clicks, not confirmed reservations or guests seated. The campaigns also have different objectives, so we’ll keep evaluating awareness and booking outcomes separately.

02 / Our approach moving forward

Build one connected path for every event.

We created a Jazz Night Eventbrite listing to give the event another discovery channel. Together with the website draft, updated ads, and reservation tracking, it gives us a clearer way to move from interest to a visit.

01

Discover

Use Eventbrite, social content, and event-specific ads to introduce the experience.

02

Choose

Make Jazz Night, Girls Dinner, and brunch easy to understand with clickable event cards.

03

Reserve

Send interested visitors directly to the appropriate OpenTable reservation experience.

04

Learn

Compare event-page activity, supported reservation tracking, and attendance.

OpenTable: pixel setup and access review

On our next call, we’ll walk Majan through adding the correct Meta Pixel in the OpenTable event settings and review why access restrictions are preventing us from completing it from our account.

A pixel is a tracking tool that helps connect ad interest to activity on a booking page. Once the setup is available and verified, we’ll check which actions OpenTable reports so we can better understand the path to a reservation.

04 / Updated advertising and continued support

Build on the strongest response and reduce unnecessary spend.

Refresh Jazz Night creative

Show the band, the room, the food, and the event date. Give people a clear reason to attend and an obvious next step.

Match the ad to its purpose

Keep awareness as a controlled test. Test a separate traffic-focused variation with a direct event or reservation link.

Build on Girls Dinner

Continue the offer if it is profitable and guests enjoy it. Use its clear message and strong click response as lessons for other events.

Review what brings guests in

Track the available event-page activity, reservation actions, and attendance. Refresh lower-response creative before committing more budget.

Advertising budget review

The current advertising plan is $15 per day. We recommend considering $30 to $50 per day for the next push, after reviewing the remaining balance of the $800 monthly advertising budget together.

No increase will be made without agreement. Any additional ad spend remains separate from campaign management.

Another 3 to 4 weeks of support

Although the original advertising engagement was for one month, we’ll continue campaign management for another 3 to 4 weeks.

This gives us more time to test the updated path and understand which offers and surrounding-town audiences lead to visits, with a clearer recap for your team.

05 / Team coordination and recommendations

What we need from the Favorites Bistro Bar team.

Website approval and coordination

Please review the website draft and share your approval or edits. Connect us with your assistant or hosting contact so we can coordinate publishing and the event subdomains. We’ll review OpenTable pixel setup with Majan on our call.

More creative assets to share

Please add fresh pictures, photos, original videos without text overlays, and any influencer photos or videos you have permission to use to the shared Drive. These will help us refresh the ads and bring more of the Favorites Bistro Bar experience into the storytelling.

Brunch details and past content

Please share the current brunch menu, pricing, days and service times, any specials, and reservation details. We’d also love photos, videos, and any other content from past brunches that you have permission to use. This will give us what we need to begin marketing brunch at Favorites Bistro Bar.

Our Recommendations

Advertising, storytelling, and marketing work best together. Let’s build more reasons to visit, more experiences worth sharing, and timely outreach for the Connecticut season ahead.

Keep the events fresh

Consider rotating Jazz Night bands to encourage repeat visits. If Girls Dinner continues to work for the business and its guests, explore a lasting Thursday evening happy-hour identity.

Host local voices for dinner

Consider a hosted dinner for a small group of local community voices and micro-influencers, around 5 to 15 guests. This can introduce Favorites Bistro Bar to new audiences and provide fresh content, with the appropriate permissions.

Re-engage PR and seasonal marketing

If the budget allows, consider bringing your PR support back into the mix to coordinate invitations and extend awareness. Strengthen event storytelling and seasonal outreach alongside the advertising.

Plan holiday bookings and catering

Please share what holiday bookings could look like, including group sizes, availability, and menus. We’d also like to understand catering options for corporate offices and medical facilities so we can shape relevant outreach.

Thank you. Let’s review the next steps together.
